Personal Telephone Answering Service
You will be assigned 2 -3 personal assistants who will look after your business calls via a dedicated number of telephone lines. They will pass on all messages through to you via email, SMS text, fax or pager, whichever you prefer.
As part of the fee you will receive a daily breakdown of all calls received, call duration, time of calls etc. The basic package starts at €85 per month for the following:
- 40 messages per month
- Thereafter €1.50 per message
- FREE message notification to client via agreed channel ( text, email, fax)
- Clients have opportunity to call in at anytime to check in with the office.
- Daily reports on messages and call summary.

First impressions are important, our prestigious office address at Dun Laoghaire in South County Dublin can be used as your company address for a monthly fee of €20 per month plus VAT. We will sort your post and forward it to you on a daily basis (postage fees will be passed on at cost). Alternatively, you can arrange to have it collected.

This is an add on to one of our personal answering service offering, we will provide you with a fax line and forward all fax messages to you via email.
The fee for this is €12 + VAT per month.

If you would like the option of having urgent calls patched through to you from the personalised telephone answering service, you simply brief your Personal Assistants on the nature of calls that you would like transferred. The fee for this add on is €10 plus VAT plus call costs.

If you want to record a non-interactive service announcement for your customers advising them of a change of ownership, address etc, we will provide you with a dedicated line and recorded message for a fee of €15 plus VAT per month.

You may not always need telephone answering assistance, we will provide the personal telephone answering service on a temporary basis for your company at a charge of €25 plus VAT per day. Every message will be logged and reports will be sent to you at pre-agreed times.
