Once you consider using a loyalty programme, an initial meeting with CMC will take place, defining budgets, target markets, projected response levels and promotional mechanisms.

There are no set up or management costs incurred by the company offering the loyalty programme, CMC will create and administer all elements of the programme on their behalf without charge, CMC receives a commission from participating hotels to cover their costs.

CMC utilises it’s multilingual call centre to support branded loyalty campaigns on your behalf. For larger promotions, CMC can provide a dedicated website where recipients can log on and review the holiday offers with an option to book online. Our loyalty programmes are adaptable to work in any geographic market or industry sector.
